From our initial call, through to the big day, I will be there to make sure your personalities shine through in every aspect of your ceremony. What to expect from a wedding ceremony with katie...
An initial call/ zoom to chat about you and your day. No obligations and you can decide if i'm the gal for you!
After making a booking we will have a follow up meeting, either in person or over zoom where we will start to play around with your initial ideas. I'll be at hand to make sure you consider all of your exciting options - including any symbolic additions!
A questionnaire will be provided so that you can share with me as much as you wish to about your story!
I will write you a truly unique ceremony that celebrates your love, personalities and style - all with your desired tone and content!
An optional Whatsapp group can be set up with you both, so I am at hand with questions and queries!
You will get a chance to review the script and we will make any amendments you would like.
If you are choosing to write your vows, I can offer different levels of support for you!
On the day I will deliver your unique ceremony with lots of joy, humour and warmth. I will be there nice and early to liaise with your other wedding providers, ensuring your celebration runs smoothly.

Package 1 - £575
This package includes:

Meeting (In person or online)

Advice and guidance on your options from initial call through to your big day.

A chance to review the script.

A unique and joyful Ceremony performed by me.

A guide to writing your vows booklet

A Decorative certificate (if required)
Package 2 - £675
This package includes all of the offerings from package 1 plus these additions:

Individual support, Guidance and feedback on writing your vows for each of you.

Rehearsal/ run through of ceremony (In person or online)

A decorative keepsake copy of the script.
Package 3 - £775
This package includes all of the offerings from package 1 and 2 plus these additions:

have all music, audio and visual content in your ceremony managed By Ceremonies with katie. On your big day sit back and relax and let us run all the multi-media elements to your day.
Can't find a package that meets your exact requirements! No problem, I can offer you a bespoke quote so that you get exactly wHat you need from your celebrant service!
additional travel cost will be quoted for locations more than 40 miles from b73.
An additional cost can be quoted if you choose to have a symbolic addition and would like Ceremonies with katie to provide the materials needed.
here's the legal bit... concentrate!
Currently in England, the legal part of the wedding still needs to be finalised with a registrar (we're all hoping the law changes on this very soon).
Most couples opt to pop over to the register office a day or two before their Celebrant-led ceremony and dot the i's and cross the t's on the legal part of your union.
As your true celebration will be the day that we will plan together, most people opt for the most basic package at the register office. For this you'll just need the two of you and a couple of witnesses to go along with you. Birmingham Register Office currently charge £68 for this legal part. If you are located outside of Birmingham, most local authorities have a similar package!
